Torbay will have a fantastic opportunity to join in the Jubilee Celebrations. Council Members and Officers are currently in discussions regarding the most appropriate events to co-inside with the Jubilee. There are also two bank holidays located together (4 and 5 June 2012) to ensure the public can take part in celebrations

The dates and events planned so far are:

Civic Thanksgiving Service for Local Heroes

Big lunch, the Council would like to encourage communities to get together and hold street parties, the Council does not charge for the legal work to organise road closures and can lend signs to event organisers see the Street Parties page for more details.and to complete a road closure form.

Vintage Car Show, Fireworks and lighting of Beacons
